Students must enroll in our recurring tuition system before attending their second class to officially complete registration. Download and upload a completed authorization form below.

Terms of Billing Section:

Line 1: The initial payment processed at the time of registration will be registration fee + monthly tuition
*E-mail us if you are unsure of your total registration or monthly fees

Line 2: Starting on mm/01/yyyy (first of the month you are starting) and on the 1st of each month for the amount of monthly tuition.
